GTA V trailer now out
Rockstar has released the first Grand Theft Auto V trailer today.

Going back to its roots, the game will take place in San Andreas.

GTA V will include an environment based on California and the trailer shows off planes, jetskis, police chases, bank robberies and bad sweaters.

Not to mention, the graphics look fantastic.

I'm assuming the trailer is generated w/ the game engine and not pre-rendered cutscene/intro/etc. footage. If so, it finally looks better...GTAIV didn't look much more graphically impressive than last gen consoles.

Its San Andreas, If u freeze the video at 1:06, you see that the back of the cop car says San Andreas Vine on the license plate.

I can't wait...I don't even really care about the graphics so much; I was happy to pay for the DLC disk for GTA4...but for a new city, I'll pre-order!

My question is what kinda lame pc do yoy play GTAIV on? ive got it on pc my specs are core quad q8400 (2.66ghz),4gb ddr2,hd 4550 graphics and the game runs badly and doesnt offer support for generic controllers.was a big letdown for me.
as for gta V judging from the video that looks like a cut scene and not actual gameplay.we all just have to wait and see.

Looks interesting. Also looks like to back up some of the rumour in that you can play with different protagonists.

Also, the vagrant holding up the sign, looks kinda like an older, down on his luck Niko Bellic.

I may be first in line! :D I loved the previous GTA's. Especially IV. I haven't even beat it yet LOL!

@xnonsuchx, something is wrong with your statement. GTA IV is incredible! My PC runs it very nicely. I must admit, I've seen it ran on a playstation 3, I was unimpressed. But I've heard it has a mere Nvidia 7900chip. Pretty outdated tech!
