iOS 7 beta 4 includes references to biometrics, fingerprint scanner
According to multiple reports, the new iOS 7 beta 4 operating system has references to biometrics in its code, suggesting the upcoming iPhone could include the long-rumored fingerprint scanner.

In the code, there is a new folder called "BiometricKitUI."

Here is an example of the text:

Sources claim the UI for the fingerprint scanning software is already completed, and from the start will mainly be used for unlocking the phone, not for a payment system as rumored.

    Who cares!

Apple products are boring and meaningless. They purport EVERYTHING as their own (i.e. Siri, Shazam) innovation. Apple fanatics fall under 2 categories.......technoMORONS and arrogant pricks. As a network engineer, I don't care for either.

Figure print scanners have been done poorly So far. Watch apple do it right and have the industry follow.

Hack a bit, invest a bit, work a bit, jerk a bit
