Their latest app, AppComparison, will search through your currently installed Android apps and let you know which ones will be available when you transition to Windows 10 Mobile.
If your app is compatible (and it's probably not) then Microsoft will show you comparable apps for Windows.
In addition, "the application also introduces you to some of the most popular Windows Phone applications" which includes flagships like Spotify, Netflix, and Facebook.
