WinAmp's site was totally redesigned and opened in this week for public with new layout -- kinda AOL'ish I must admit. At this point, they also set up a new and improved plug-ins and skins section, which is kinda sad for us, who try to keep up our popularity by having that kind of a content; luckily they didn't open a newssection :-)
