Microsoft is introducing a new addition to its Windows Media format that allows Pay-Per-View (or -Listen or -Download, whatever) tracks and videos be played with it.
Microsoft's goal is to offer easy solution for websites to offer commercial content for their users without the fear of piracy. But how are customers gonna take this one, that's an another problem...
