i thought the word "metallica "was an english word meaning: metal like,long before the band even became famous.I dont have a dictionary at hand but im sure the english language was around before the band.

Dear Metallica, i am a great fan of the rock and metal scene,a headbanger, to sue these people for using a name that is simular in spelling but different in meaning is pathetic by all means.
Are your sales going to drop and the perfume sales going to rise, well yes if you carry on like plonkers.
Anyhoo, cant wait now to be in the mosh-pit wearing my Metallica fragrance under my Metallica t-shirt.
