Xbox camera peripheral soon to be released?

As all different kinds of funky peripherals are penetrating the market, people are waiting the Xbox 360 camera - yet to be named - to see their friend and foe over the Xbox Live or whatever the software solution for the camera will be.

It probably isn't going to be a long wait anymore, as the camera has been shown for the leading developers last week. Even though the camera didn't get on the market with the console, as it was planned at some state, it can debut in less than 6 weeks as the Game Developers Conference lands San Jose, California March 20th. But don't hold your breath just yet, it's still on the cards that Microsoft will wait until E3 with the release.



The camera has been demo-ed to developers with Messenger-style of chat and video chat possibilities. Nevertheless the camera is likely to soon have a variety of gameplay implementations.
