Every video available on Stage6 is compatible with over 70 million consumer electronics devices from every major manufacturer, making it easy to play back Stage6 videos on your television or portable device. Since it was launched as an experimental alpha in August 2006, the site has picked up many new users.
The company claims that its service now offers more accurate video browsing and tools for users to stay up to date with their favorite channels, content and users. A "Now" page also shows the current activity on the service.
