uTorrent BETA 1.7 released with full Vista compatibility
The popular uTorrent client has just been released in a new BETA that will have full Windows Vista support among a lot of other changes and upgrades.

- Fix: Speed wizard no longer asks you to confirm twice when trying to close it from its close box

- Fix: Log listview no longer shows the horizontal scrollbar if it is past the last visible item but doesn't need to

- Fix: Pressing ESC on exit dialog will dismiss the dialog

- Fix: Fix z order of searchbox/toolbar on older windows

- Fix: Fix scrolling bug where scrollbar would not redraw sometimes

- Fix: Association check for limited users

- Fix: Enable users to have "maindoc.ico" in the settings folder for associated documents' icons for fixing them on older windows versions that don't automatically generate them

    It will be a long time before I go with a bloated OS like vista. Good luck to whoever uses it.

    I'll just stick with my XP and my Azereus :)

    I switched from Bit torrent to U torrent & there was a huge difference between the two also i used DVDBack23 guide to set it up you can't go wrong.Thxs DVDBack23


    Sound good that U torrent got the Bet out for Vista but I'm going to wait a while before i get Vista i heard all the Horror story's about Vista.

    i'm using utorrent v1.6 b474 on 3 computers running Vista and it works like a charm.
    i wouldnt upgrade utorrent though since it was bought by BitTorrent and the coding was buggered up.
    for me, 2 of my torrent sites would not connect properly with the latest versions of utorrent.

    Does this version work wit windows 7 32bit.As I have tried other versions,and there is still conflict,with windows 732 bit.Could anyone give me a clue.
