Flash for iPhone still a problem, says Adobe
After months of working on the technology, it appears Adobe is still having technical issues with creating a workable version of Flash for the Apple iPhone.

Adobe CEO Shantanu Narayen elaborated during an interview with Bloomberg:

"It's a hard technical challenge, and that's part of the reason Apple and Adobe are collaborating," Narayen said. "The ball is in our court. The onus is on us to deliver."

In November, when Apple confirmed that they were working with Adobe to bring the Flash plug-in, Narayen said:

"To bring the full capabilities of Flash to the iPhone Web-browsing experience we do need to work with Apple beyond and above what is available through the SDK (the iPhone software development kit) and the current license around it."
It appears not too much has changed since then.

At the same time, Adobe released a version of Flash that works with Android and Windows Mobile phones.

Well, there's always the fake iPhone with Mobile 6.0 Pro on it... Flash and Java support with no issues...

The fake is better then the actual iPhone itself lol

Well, besides 3G, but wtf. I don't need that. Wifi is just fine. Free too!

I dont understand why it is so hard to make flash for the phone, can someone PLEASE clarify this. I mean the phone has its own OS X derived from MAC OS X, and it has Safari so whats so hard? Windows Mobile has Flash, outdated 7 but it its still flash. So what's the REAL issue here? Do we not see youtube videos on the IPhone? Or is it just not a full blownout version of flash player? Could it be that they just want a special version because they dont want people running free online flash games on the phone which would kill app store game sales? Forgive me for being ignorant but what is the deal?
