iPhone 5 not launching in June
Despite a report from a Korean site claiming that the iPhone 5 is indeed coming in June, Jim Dalrymple of The Loop adamantly refuted that claim today.

The Korean report cited manufacturers and even claimed that Apple confirmed the news.

If true, the news would be significant as Apple has released a new iPhone at every annual Worldwide Developers Conference since the smartphone's launch in 2007.

Instead, the company will focus on software this June, iOS 5 and Mac OS X Lion, while saving the hardware for a later date.

The most likely date is in September, when Apple normally launches refreshes its iPod line.

If you can't beat the competition run from it... the best androids are launched on summer, they are probably forgetting that the quad core from moto is coming probably at the same time

I don't understand why you would need anything higher than a dual core in a phone? Even the average PC user doesn't require quad core for everyday tasks and even intensive applications. Will this quad core help me make calls better? If it does help battery life which it should if you do a lot of multitasking, but I just see no reason for it. I'd rather have just a dual core for a cheaper price.
