iPad 2 now available at Toys R Us

Retailer Toys R Us has begun selling the Apple iPad 2, although the company notes that not every store will have stock of the tablet.

Besides the actual device, the retailer has Smart Covers, the iPad Camera Connection Kit, and a VGA connector.



The iPad 2 is available in Apple stores, Best Buy, Target, Wal-Mart, Radioshack, Verizon and AT&T alongside e-tailers like Amazon.

Although numbers have not been released, the iPad 2 is expected to have sold over 2 million units since launch last month.

Strong demand for the tablet has many potential buyers waiting 2-3 weeks for delivery.

  oh goodie... like kids need to have this thing or that parents will want them to have it... hasnt everyone heard apple has tracking software now on the units so pedifiles can track your kids with iphones and ipads... me and my family will stay with our blackberries thanks for nothing apple way to ruin it for us just gotta ask whos in charge and what are they up to? they apparently dont care about our kids at all.. and all those schools who bought ipads for their students hope they dont let them take them home or the kids will be followed..
