Already pre-ordered it from amazon for Christmas. I can't wait, it's my first tablet and I've been waiting for a second generation android tablet to hit the market for a while anyway. This meets all my needs and from what I can tell it's the only real good one coming before christmas.

I'm still waiting on an official release date for the US. Best Buy in Canada as well as Amazon are showing delivery dates of after December 25th when pre-ordered. PLEASE come before Christmas!!!

OM goodness...... Tablets are becoming so powerful. You might say they're.......they're almost catching up with laptops.

I get it. It's a convenience thing. At least that's what people have been convinced that they should tell themselves.

But why o why, when tablets are becoming so powerful, would you cripple yourself with all of the other limitations imposed.

Sure.....you need 4 cores to read the newspaper, and to play Angry Birds.

I think the more tablets evolve and advance, they have a good chance of phasing themselves out of the market, because even the most naive people will soon realize, Shit !, this is almost a laptop.

Just look at the way other things have become integrated into smart phones, such as GPS. Sure it's still good to have a dedicated device for most things, but it seems that "touch" is the only real differentiator here, and that's not that hard to implement just about everywhere.

I will be looking to buy this before the end of the year. Have been looking for a true ultraportable, and this with dock weighs just 2.8 pounds. The battery life is said to be outstanding, as well.

For $650; Touch, Android 4.0, 16 hours battery life, quad core, thin, light...I'm sold.

Already preordered, supposedly should be here sometime from the 22nd to 24th. And the keyboard dock is so far only available through BestBuy, where I have it preordered as well ^.^ I don't expect it until a week or so later I think.

This thing is going to be so much fun, totally makes this xmas awesome
