Asus and Leap Motion partner up for gesture control tech
Leap Motion, which first demoed its awesome gesture control system for PCs over the summer, has partnered with Asus to have the tech built into upcoming computers.

The partnership calls for the tech to be bundled with select notebooks and desktops including All-in-Ones.

While the Leap has been available for pre-order for some time, there has never been a specific date for release except for the company saying "early 2013." Now, instead of having to buy the standalone (which costs $70) you can buy it with some new PCs, if you were in the market anyways.

Additionally, this marks the first time Leap Motion has made the device available to international buyers, as the standalone is not.

Leap has shipped 12,000 units to devs, so far, and has raised over $70 million from investors. By the time of final production, CEO Michael Buckwald says he expects the number of devices shipped to be in the hundreds of thousands.
