Nokia EOS to be first WP8 with PureView?
According to reports, the upcoming rumored Nokia EOS will be the first Windows Phone 8 device to feature the company's PureView camera tech.

The company's previous PureView phone, the 808, featured a 41MP camera.

Reports suggest that the new device will have something similar if not somewhat smaller, possibly a 36MP sensor or so.

Nokia will also plate the phone with aluminum instead of the polycarbonate material it has chosen for most of its Lumia phones.

The company has announced 6 new phones for its keynote at the upcoming Mobile World Congress in Spain next month.

I would consider a Windows Phone like this. I currently have a Nokia Lumia 710 and I like it, but before I would actually buy another Windows Phone, Microsoft really needs to focus on getting their app market on par with Android and iOS. And by par I mean quality and not quantity. For example, with the standard twitter app from twitter, it crashes a lot, fails to send your tweet with no notification, and you can't even save a tweet as a draft. In the ~3 years I've used Android, I don't remember the twitter app ever not having that feature, nor have that many issues...

It will not be the first WP8 device with Pureview. The Lumia 920 was the first to have Pureview. We all know it so stop being frivolous.

I think he means purview in the sense with the hardware to back it up not just some fancy camera software. I think it'll be around 22 MP but alas Nokia phones are always so thick.

I threw a Nokia against a brick wall once. It broke completely.

    But the phone was okay.
