Windows 10 IoT now available for Raspberry Pi 2
Microsoft has announced that its Windows 10 IoT (Internet of Things) Core operating system is now available for Raspberry Pi.

The OS, built specifically for embedded devices, will rival Linux-based portable operating systems such as Raspbian, Arch Linux and OpenELEC.

Microsoft's latest strips the UI from Windows 10 and allows you to program C++, C#, JS, VB, Python and node.js.

A friend of mine loves this.

You can UI with another pooter that's running Win10.

Its a lot easier being righteous than right.

This does look at least a little interesting. I'm curious how "heavy" the OS is on the hardware; if comparable to other small OSes, this could be quite successful.
