CEDIA stands for Custom Electronics Design and Installation Association. The CEDIA Expo is a trade show in the residential electronic systems contractor industry that includes custom home theater, multi-room audio and video, lighting control, environmental control, home networking, home automation, residential information technology and systems, security, and more.
CEDIA Expo aims to offer more than 200 course offerings including full-day workshops, boot camps and certification in five different curriculums designed specifically for the custom electronic industry including Electronic Systems Technician, Electronic Systems Designer, Electronic Systems Project Manager, Electronic Systems Customer Relations, and Electronic Systems Business. In addition to a tremendous amount of education, CEDIA EXPO welcomes over 600 exhibitors with cutting-edge technology.
It is a venue commonly used for product introductions by the large amount of exhibitors that sign up to reveal their goods.
