When the logo appears on a product, it ensure sthat it can playback all DivX video or use the technology in recording or another operation.
Products that bear the DivX Certified logo have undergone a rigorous testing program to ensure a high-quality DivX media experience, including reliable video creation and playback, interoperability with other DivX Certified devices. Over 100 million DivX Certified devices have been shipped from major manufacturers around the world (September 2007).
