Electronic Frontiers Australia (EFA) is an organization that represents and advocates for users of computer based communications systems such as the Internet.
Their aim is to protect and promote the civil liberties of the users as well as campaign for regulation and law reform to secure these rights.
It is vocal on issues of and relating to users privacy, Internet censorship and copyright law.
EFA leads the "No Clean Feed" campaign, the objective of which is to stop the implementation of regulation by the Australian government which would force internet service providers in Australia into censorship by the filtering of Refused Classification (RC) rated content.
The organization claims the regulation will not make anybody any safer and millions of taxpayer money will be wasted.
