CES 2011: DivX announces new DivX TV partners
Sonic Solutions' DivX has announced a range of new partners for its DivX TV service, which enables consumer electronics manufacturers to bring a broad range of web-based content to home and mobile devices.

DivX TV is a dynamic and customizable service with an intuitive menu that provides the convenience of simply watching TV. Lightweight and scalable, DivX TV enables the best of Internet TV on any device or platform, combining the best of the web with the ease of flipping channels.

DivX TV offers a rapidly growing library that now provides 10,000 high-quality videos from more than 200 shows and is capable of powering the distribution of ad-supported and subscription video content, including premium services. Additionally, DivX has also announced several other partners to work to implement DivX TV on their platforms including Broadcom Corporation, Marvell Semiconductor, Inc. and Renesas Electronics Corporation.
