Rockstar bringing GTA III to Android, iOS; shows off 10th anniversary video
Last week, Rockstar announced that as a 10-year-anniversary treat, the developer would be re-releasing GTA III for Android and iOS devices.

The game will be about 660MB large but will only be available on certain devices:



Apple iOS Devices: iPad 2, iPhone 4S
Android Phones: Droid X2, HTC Evo 2, LG Optimus 2X, Motorola Atrix, Samsung Galaxy S2
Android Tablets: Acer Iconia, Asus Eee Pad, Motorola Xoom, Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1


Grand Theft Auto III sold 14.5 million copies and is generally considered a revolutionary game within the industry.

    seriously?? isn't the sony erricson xperia play made for playing games?? *facepalm* guess they don't know or are to lazy to optimize the game for the android devices...

    I don't know the specs on all the devices, but it looks like dual core processors only for this game.

    I wonder why it won't work on my phone...I have better or equal hardware to the Droid X2 in every way...I guess I'll have to sideload this one.

    Had the same question myself, the Sensation's specs are on par with everything else up there.
