Leap Motion to be available through Best Buy soon
Leap Motion, which first demoed its awesome gesture control system for PCs over the summer, will be available for purchase at Best Buy in the coming months.

While the Leap has been available for pre-order for some time, there has never been a specific date for release except for the company saying "early 2013." Additionally, the tech will be built into certain Asus all-in-ones and laptops, as well.

The retail partnership with Best Buy will be exclusive, at the same selling price of $69.99.

Leap has shipped 12,000 units to devs, so far, and has raised over $70 million from investors. By the time of final production, CEO Michael Buckwald says he expects the number of devices shipped to be in the hundreds of thousands.

"Finding a major retail partner for our North American launch was a critical component to our strategy, and Best Buy was the obvious choice," added Leap Motion President and COO Andy Miller. "Best Buy's market leadership and extensive store distribution network, combined with the product floor space and dedicated marketing promotional plans, represents an incredible opportunity to bring the Leap Motion controller to a massive consumer audience."

I do not believe that the Leap will be "Built into certain Asus All-In-Ones" but rather, bundled...
    But,
This is great news. I can't wait to see this tech. I wonder how it would work on my Note II connected to my TV!

Oh, Im sorry... Did the middle of my sentence interrupt the beginning of yours?
