Other than beefed up specs, is there anything special Samsung has planned for the S4?

Same old specs from different source. Yes we know. Need to hear something innovative from Samsung. Rumored had it that Samsung S4 and possible Note 3 will have eye tracking technology which is great, and also can hover the display with your finger

To be honest I wouldn't believe these specs anyway, as it's using a quad core processor and the general screen size is 4.8 but higher rez with higher amount of pixels.
