The company did not announce specific figures, as of yet, unlike last year when they celebrated a record-breaking day with a blog full of data.
This year, the company offered the vague sentence, "We saw record usage as Instagrammers shared a heaping help of holiday cheer."
Instagram, not including the new Thanksgiving data, has seen over 16 billion photos uploaded and 55 million new photos every day.
