Doom's multiplayer open beta is here
Doom's multiplayer open beta is ready for the weekend.

The beta has been available for download for the last few days and is now playable. You get access to two maps and team deathmatch and warpath modes.

Fans will get to use the plasma rifle, shotguns, lightning guns, the Gauss Cannon and rocket launchers. You can also play as a demon.

If you want some gaming excitement for the weekend, Doom is live for the PS4, Xbox One and Steam.

Didn't the MP beta go live like...two weeks ago? Been playing it for a while, now. Kinda old news, unless I'm missing something.

I think you'll find that was for signed up beta users & wasn't open to general public, which i assume this one is now open for all

Played it and done. It's a bit repetitive and like playing demon Halo but still fun. Not worth 60 bucks by any means. 40 yes!

Was open to the public over the weekend 15-18th with the 18th being the extension.

Glad I played the open beta. Saved me $60. Plays like a generic console shooter.
