A unit of data storage.
Because exabytes are ambiguous and misuse the prefix "exa" as defined by the International System of Units, the International Electrotechnical Commission established Exbibytes in 2000.
A Exbibyte is always 2^60, or 1,152,921,504,606,846,976 bytes.
Exbibytes are 1,024 Pebibytes and precede zebi and yobi in byte measurement.
